Appointment-only visits: To manage the number of clients in our salon at any given time, we require clients to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Health screening: Clients will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire before their appointment to confirm they are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have not been in close contact with a confirmed case in the past 14 days.
Face masks: If you would like your therapist to wear a mask, please let us know in advance and we are happy to oblige.
Enhanced cleaning: Our studio follows strict cleaning and disinfection protocols, with frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces and thorough sanitisation of tools and equipment between clients.
Contactless payment: We encourage clients to use contactless payment options whenever possible to minimise contact with surfaces.
Accepted payment methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash.
We aim to simplify the appointment booking process for our clients. To ensure efficiency and convenience, we have implemented an online booking system that makes managing your appointments easy and hassle-free.
Online bookings only: We exclusively accept appointment bookings through our online platform. This allows you to quickly check your appointment details, cancel, or reschedule whenever necessary, providing you with greater flexibility.
No phone bookings or cancellations: We do not accept bookings or cancellations by phone. Our online system has been designed to make managing appointments simple and user-friendly.
In-studio assistance: If you need help with booking or managing your appointment online, we will be more than happy to assist you. Just ask for guidance during your visit, and we'll ensure you're comfortable using our online booking platform.
We strive to maintain a punctual schedule to ensure a high-quality experience for all our clients. To help us achieve this, please adhere to the following guidelines if you are running late:
On-Time arrival: This allows us to start your treatment on time and provide you with the best possible service.
Running late: If you find yourself running late, please inform us as soon as possible, either by email at contact@ishawlovenails.com or by phone at 07387442804. This will help us make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your appointment.
Late arrival: Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes after your scheduled booking time may result in the cancellation of your appointment. In such cases, a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) will be applied.
We understand that unexpected events can occur, making it necessary to cancel or change your appointment. To accommodate such situations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations/changes more than 24 hours in advance: We encourage you to make any necessary changes or cancellations to your appointment with ease. If you cancel or change your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled start time, there will be no charge.
Cancellations/changes within 24 hours / No-shows: If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled start time or if you do not show up for your appointment, a charge equal to the cost of the treatment(s) you have booked will be applied.
We are committed to meeting the needs of our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating last-minute, emergency appointments. While we always recommend booking in advance, we do make special accommodations under the following conditions::
Emergency Appointments: If we are fully booked but you require immediate attention, we can arrange a last-minute emergency appointment during our lunch breaks or outside of our regular business hours, depending on availability. Emergency Appointments Surcharge: Please note that special accommodations for emergency appointments will incur a 50% surcharge on the total fee of the service.
We strive to accommodate the needs of all our clients. While we highly recommend booking appointments in advance, we understand that sometimes last-minute appointments are necessary. In such cases, please follow these guidelines:
Limited availability: Due to the nature of our scheduling, availability for walk-in appointments are not available. To ensure you receive your desired treatment, we recommend booking your appointment in advance.
Last-minute emergency bookings: If you find yourself in need of an urgent appointment, we do offer last-minute emergency bookings when possible. Please see our Emergency Appointments section for more details.
We prioritise maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our clients and staff. To ensure this, we have established the following guideline regarding food consumption:
No food in the studio: To uphold hygiene standards, we kindly request that clients refrain from consuming food inside our studio.
We take the well-being of our clients seriously and have established guidelines for providing services to individuals under the age of 16. Please adhere to the following age policy:
Age restrictions: Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive treatments at our studio.
Cancellations due to non-compliance: Any bookings canceled due to non-compliance with this age policy will be non-refundable.

No pets allowed: Pets are not permitted inside the studio, with the exception of service animals.
Service animals welcome: We understand the importance of service animals and their role in assisting individuals with disabilities. As such, service animals are always welcome at our studio.
